Remove roads tool in the bottom bar

Each cell can have modifications, such as roads. On roads, Humans and animals will walk faster. While most buildings can use the stone floor inside the house, most plants cannot grow on stone roads. It is often a trade-off between providing fast travel routes and not sealing too much ground.
